1. The service
IPTVV USA provides access to live TV channels and on-demand content over the internet for personal, non-commercial viewing in the United States. Channel lineups change over time as sources are added or removed.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to buy a plan.
- Keep your login details private. Your plan allows a set number of simultaneous connections; sharing beyond that may lead to suspension.
- Provide a valid email address so we can send login details and service notices.
3. Acceptable use
You may not resell, rebroadcast, record for redistribution or publicly display the service, or use it in a commercial venue such as a bar or restaurant, without a separate written agreement.
4. Payment and renewal
Plans are prepaid for the period you choose, in US dollars. Plans do not automatically renew into a long-term contract. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times, but internet services can be interrupted by maintenance, network problems or events outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the availability of any particular channel.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question.
